With over 20 years of experience, Anand has worked extensively with banks, NBFCs, and real estate developers, guiding them through the full spectrum of real estate transactions. His expertise spans from reviewing land parcels and preparing title documents to assisting in the drafting and negotiation of complex transaction agreements and security creation.
Beyond banking and real estate, Anand has a strong background in intellectual property law, advising clients on trademark and copyright matters and representing them in IP suits. He also has deep expertise in transaction advisory, assisting developers, banks, and financial institutions with strategic legal solutions.
Anand regularly represents clients before the High Court, NCLT, and District Courts, particularly in white-collar crime cases. Trusted by his clients, he is committed to establishing S&S as a preferred advisory firm for both litigation and non-litigation matters.
